Winter Hill Wellness Cherry Blossom Pink

Winter Hill Wellness is the vision of Kathryn Phillips, a highly-trained and respected psychotherapist, who works with you to unravel some of life's tangles and weave new patterns to achieve your greatest potential and wellbeing.

The ancient Japanese philosophy of Kintsugi is an inspiration to Kathryn’s approach, the art of repairing broken objects with gold. It is the actual  'flaw’ that reveals its precious history and the resulting piece is considered more beautiful for it.

Kathryn's approach is psychodynamic which explores how deeper underlying roots may sit at the core of current behaviours and issues. By delving into these root issues and discovering the key blocks, Kathryn can help you unhook and heal from old patterns allowing you to flourish and grow.

Kathryn holds two Masters degrees in Psychodynamics of Human Development (MSc) and Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy (MSc), and is a BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) Registered Psychotherapist.

Where appropriate, she combines her clinical psychotherapy skills with her life long connection with horses by offering experiential psychotherapy working with the wisdom of her therapeutic herd. Kathryn holds a LEAP Diploma in Equine Facilitated psychotherapy (EFP).

In her rural idyll in Berkshire, Kathryn has created an exquisite safe and supportive space to manifest positive emotional change, to release limiting beliefs and behaviours and embrace all that is you.
